Data Destroy

How it works

How Data Destroy works

You go from “I have no idea who has my data” to a tracked set of legally grounded deletion requests in motion, and you never write a single email. Here is the whole loop, step by step.

  1. 01

    Discover

Connect your Gmail and we scan metadata only. That means sender, subject, and date headers, never the message bodies or attachments. From those headers we surface the companies and data brokers that hold your information.

  2. 02

    Select

Look through the companies we found and pick exactly which ones to target. Nothing goes out automatically. You own the list from start to finish.

  3. 03

    E-sign

Sign one authorization mandate. Every request we send then carries your tamper-evident signature, which anyone can verify independently. We never forge or fabricate a send.

  4. 04

    Send

We write the statutory, region-aware request, whether that's GDPR Article 17 erasure or a CCPA right-to-delete, and send it on your behalf. You never draft a single email.

  5. 05

    Track

Watch every response and statutory deadline in one dashboard. Each request gets its own drill-down timeline, so you always know where things stand.

  6. 06

    Follow up

When a request goes unanswered, we chase it for you, gated by the statutory deadline and capped to stay reasonable. Here's the honest limit: we can't force a company to comply. There is no guaranteed-deletion promise here, and we won't pretend otherwise.

So here's the deal, stated plainly. Your requests are legally grounded, they go out under a signature you can verify, and we track and follow up on each one. We don't overclaim about forcing anyone’s hand. Ready to see who has your data?
